Stephanie Melhem is an Attorney at Saliba Law. She has worked in the immigration law field in the United States for nearly five years. She focuses her practice in the areas of family and employment based immigration, in addition to naturalization and complex naturalization cases. Attorney Melhem represents clients before the U.S. State Department (through the National Visa Center, and United States Embassies and Consulates overseas), and assists people with all consular processing services. In addition, Attorney Melhem represents employees and employers before the U.S. Department of Labor. She is a graduate of Suffolk University and the University of Massachusetts School of Law, where she was elected as a Graduate Student Senator, Treasurer of the Latino/a American Law Students Association, Secretary of the Legal Association of Women, and Founded and was President of the Middle Eastern American Law Students Association. Attorney Melhem discovered her passion for immigration law through her family's immigration experience and can relate to the position clients are in. Being of Lebanese heritage, Ms. Melhem is able to speak to our clients in both English and Arabic. Ms. Melhem is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)
